Good leaders know themselves

10-years of experience helping leaders raise their self-awareness, see their way clearly and achieve their goals. Opening hearts and minds is the key. A good leadership development expert will help clients see things from a different angle, set a goal and move forward. As they do this, they become better communicators and their teams become more productive as well.

One of the things I love is standing in a room full of people who are itching to learn. I’ve developed and delivered learning experiences for leaders on EQ, the neuroscience of communication, coaching skills, public speaking and intercultural competence. I combine my skills in instructional design, facilitation and coaching to craft interactive, compelling virtual and live classroom learning experiences. My goal is to energize and challenge learners through exercises, discussions, games and micro-case studies that leave them remembering content because it made them stretch and evoked emotion while they were participating.
